FREE TWO NIGHT Bed and Breakfast

We will give you free bed and breakfast accommodations for two nights in San Francisco at a wonderful cozy home shown above and below. In order that we can reserve space for our visiting clients who seriously want to buy real estate, you will need to have the following requirements:

1. You must show a prequalification note from a bank or mortgage lender. (The median price of a one bedroom condominium in San Francisco starts at $550,000. The median price of a house in San Francisco starts at $750,000). The prequalification note needs to show that you can afford to make the payments.

2. You must include a credit report.

3. You must be seriously set on buying a house or condo in San Francisco during your visit.

4. You must take a tour of houses and/or condos in San Francisco.
